AOZXPilot provides market observation, industry intelligence, and on-chain forensics research tools. • Basic diagnostics related to connectivity and configuration delivery

AOZXPilot does not require an account to use core observation features and does not sell personal information.

We do not use your data to match trades, execute orders, provide investment advice, or serve third-party behavioral advertising inside the App.

• Local device data remains until you clear App data, uninstall the App, or delete items within supported features

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device locked and updated, and avoid sharing evidence packs with untrusted parties.

AOZXPilot is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

• Collected: App activity / diagnostics / device or network identifiers as needed to operate network features
• Not collected for ads: We do not use collected data for personalized ads
• Local-first tooling data: Tags, snapshots, and evidence packs remain on device by default
• Data deletion: Uninstalling the App or clearing App storage removes local data; contact us for server-side support records where applicable

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes may also be highlighted in the App or store listing where appropriate.
